Additionally, the plan includes a 20% discount on selected skincare treatments, enhancing your ability to maintain optimal skin health without the higher costs typically associated with high-end skincare.

Members also benefit from a 20% discount on all retail purchases, further extending the savings. Furthermore, if you commit to a one-year membership, we celebrate your dedication by offering a complimentary facial on your 12th appointment. This plan is perfect for individuals who are serious about their skincare and are looking for consistent, high-quality treatments at a more affordable rate.

How can I get the free facial?

When you have completed your 11th treatment are you eligible for the free facial? The kind of facial you get depends on your membership plan. Facials that are included in your plan are the ones that are free. The free facial you receive after completing 11 facials can be used for yourself or given as a present/gift to someone special.​

Is it possible to cancel my membership at any time

Following your initial enrollment, you may cancel your membership by calling (561-305-3342) or emailing us at bonitaskinstudio@gmail.com. We would be happy to assist you. For cancellations, we need a 15-day notice prior to the billing date. After we receive your request to discontinue your membership, your membership will be canceled 15 days later.​

​​What options are available to me if I can't get a facial this month?

Our memberships' main objective is to maintain your skin's health and radiance, which we think may best be done on a monthly schedule. But we recognize that life can get busy. 3 rollovers are permitted annually; if you notify us before the end of the missed month, we'll make sure you can use it the following month. You can even pay it forward by giving the facial to a friend or family member if you miss out on a membership benefit by converting the paid value into merchandise credit or a gift card! We also provide you the option to stop your membership once a year for up to 3 months if you are going on vacation or just need a few months off. Can I pay for my membership with a gift card?

Upon signing up, you are able to use a gift card toward your initial membership payment; however, all subsequent monthly payments will be made using a valid credit or debit card. Gift certificates never expire and can be used for subsequent facials, upgrades, and product purchases both in-person and online.​

How do I pause my facial membership?

Please phone us at (561-305-3342) or email us at bonitaskinstudio@gmail.com if you want to pause your membership. We give you the option to take a break or go on vacation if you need to. Please be aware that it may take up to 2-3 business days to completely fulfill the pause request. You won't be charged for anything during the pause time. Once your pause period is up, your membership will immediately resume on the date of membership activation or the original sign-up date.
