Service Description
A chemical peel is a skin treatment that involves the application of a chemical solution to the skin to exfoliate and peel off the outer layer(s) of dead skin cells, revealing new, healthier skin underneath. The depth and intensity of the peel depends on the strength of the solution and the duration of the treatment. Chemical peels can be used to address a variety of skin concerns, including acne, fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture. They are typically performed on the face, neck, or hands. Chemical peels come in a variety of forms, including light peel and medium peel. While medium peels can result in more extensive peeling and may require several days of downtime, light peels are the mildest and typically involve little to no downtime. Overall, chemical peels can be a useful technique for enhancing the skin's appearance and texture. However, they are not advised for everyone. Cancellation Policy
At Bonita Skin Studio, we understand that life happens and schedules may need to be adjusted. The following policies are applicable to all scheduled appointments: To Cancel More Than 24 Hours Prior to Your Appointment: Do you need to postpone or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment? No problem! Just give us a call at 561-305-3342 to let us know.​ Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment Within 24 Hours: There is a 50% of the service price for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. To cancel, call us at 561-305-3342 if you still wish to cancel or reschedule. It's almost impossible to find another client to replace the appointment slot when a client cancels or reschedules last minute, leading to revenue being lost for Bonita Skin Studio. LATE POLICY We respectfully request that you arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment time so that you have enough time to check in, relax, and begin your service on time. Treatment times will be reduced if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time. Running late? Please phone us to give us a heads-up. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes past their scheduled start time will not be accommodated and will be charged 50% of the service price.​ NEW CLIENTS Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete our first-timer form.​ NO SHOW POLICY If you don't notify us that you won't be making your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service price. Please note that if you didn't call us in advance, it will be regarded as a no-show. If a customer fails to show up, it is not possible to find another client to take their place, resulting in financial losses for Bonita Skin Studio. Please let us know if you're going to be late so that you won't be counted as a 'No Show'.​ SERVICE POLICY Please get in touch with us if you are not satisfied with your service. Although we don't issue refunds for our services, we'll do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied.
