The following policies are applicable to all scheduled appointments: To Cancel More Than 24 Hours Prior to Your Appointment: Do you need to postpone or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment? No problem! Just give us a call at 561-305-3342 to let us know.​ Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment Within 24 Hours: There is a 50% of the service price for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. To cancel, call us at 561-305-3342 if you still wish to cancel or reschedule. It's almost impossible to find another client to replace the appointment slot when a client cancels or reschedules last minute, leading to revenue being lost for Bonita Skin Studio. LATE POLICY We respectfully request that you arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment time so that you have enough time to check in, relax, and begin your service on time. Treatment times will be reduced if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time. Running late? Please phone us to give us a heads-up. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes past their scheduled start time will not be accommodated and will be charged 50% of the service price.​ NEW CLIENTS Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete our first-timer form.​ NO SHOW POLICY If you don't notify us that you won't be making your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service price. Please note that if you didn't call us in advance, it will be regarded as a no-show. If a customer fails to show up, it is not possible to find another client to take their place, resulting in financial losses for Bonita Skin Studio. Please let us know if you're going to be late so that you won't be counted as a 'No Show'.​ SERVICE POLICY Please get in touch with us if you are not satisfied with your service. Although we don't issue refunds for our services, we'll do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied.
